About The Project
Awareness Training app is a multidisciplinary and multi-sectoral research and development network that focuses on covid prevention training , and technology development to improve covid awareness amongst the people.
Before the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Pfizer had an existing application in clinical trials for the health monitoring of patients. As the pandemic progressed, Pfizer took decisive action to adapt the digital solution to address the greater needs of people and enable people healthcare system to scale with telehealth services related to COVID-19. The digital solution:
- Enables patients to monitor and track symptoms
- Allows nurses to alert and triage patients recovery
- Alerts clinicians to changing symptoms
- Allows healthcare professionals to communicate care plans
Our Contributions
The main challenge was creating a product that affects human lives. It was crucial for the Infoware team to delve deep into the covid training process and to consider each feature of the app meticulously. The result is software that helps doctors and medical staff to be at ease, for educating spreading the awareness to the people at a worldwide level.
Highlights
Pfizer identified an opportunity to support citizens and frontline healthcare professionals with a digital solution. Pfizer approached Infoware Mobile to help adapt Pfizer Awareness Training platform to have a more defined role in COVID-19 symptom tracking thus enhancing healthcare professionals’ ability to monitor, triage, and manage COVID-19 patients care.
